ASUS has announced the launch of its ExpertBook B3 detachable (B3000) laptop, designed for student education. Its 21-hour-long battery life is one of its major attractions, the company said in a recent release. It features top-up 15-second charging to provide 45 minutes of use.
The 1.3-pound device doubles as a tablet and can be used horizontally or vertically. It includes a storable MPP 2.0 stylus, dual cameras, visual noise-reduction for low light conditions, full-size detachable keyboard, woven fabric cover, and a dual-orientation stand.
ASUS touted its spill-resistant design and MIL-STD 810H durability standards, as well as the antibacterial keyboard guard.
The laptop offers 4 or 8 GB of LPDDR4x memory, a 128 GB eMMC hard drive, and runs Windows 11 Pro versions on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor.
Prices start at $599, the company said. For more information, visit the ASUS website.
